BasharaCare offices and warehouses are located in Dubai, UAE. All products are kept in air-conditioned stores.


Do you have a shop?

BasharaCare does not have a shop. We are strong beleivers of online shopping!

 

How do you preserve the skincare products from heat?

The products are kept in air-conditioned envirement all the way until they reach your door. The warehouses are air-conditioned as well as our delivery cars.

  

Can I pay Cash on Delivery? any additional charges?

Yes, you can pay Cash on Delivery. No additional charges are applied. 

 

Can I pay by credit card for my order?

Yes, you can pay using your credit card on Basharacare. 

 

Is the Delivery Free in all UAE?

All orders above 100 AED are delivered with no shipping cost within one working day. Orders of less than 100 AED are automatically charged 20 AED on the checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 BasharaCare ships only to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman


Where is my order?

BasharaCare delivers your order in 1 working day in UAE except on Fridays and Holidays. You may contact our customer support team on 04 375 1545 should you like further information.


I made an order, when will the reward points be added to my account? 

The reward points are added as soon as the order is processed by our team. Orders made in the morning are processed the same day, those made in the aftertoon or evening, are processed the next morning.


How do I redeem my rewards points?

 The points balance you have will be displayed on the checkout page, on the payment page. You can simply check the box to redeem the points.

  

What is a coupon code and how do I get one?

 BasharaCare customers that sign up for a free account regularly receive emails with discounts and promotional specials. If you would like to receive BasharaCare emails, please sign up for a free account and you will be added to our mailing list.

What if I don't receive an Order Confirmation?

BasharaCare recommends that you log in to your account to verify the confirmation of your order.

Once your order has been processed a Basharacare Customer Service Representative will call you to confirm that your order has been received.

You will also receive order confirmation email. Please kindly check your email and spam settings as occasionally automated emails can be re-directed in your mail box.

 

What does "Inquire Now" mean?

This means that BasharaCare does not currently have inventory for the item in question. Leave your details and you will receive an email once the product is back in stock.

BasharaCare offers an address change option in your account page. Also customer service will call to confirm your address prior to your order delivery.

We cannot add anything to your cart without your approval. Occasionally we add free gifts to you cart.
