Discontinue all types of hair removal before using the IPL except for shaving. Make sure to shave the wanted area 24 hours prior to the treatment. Treat the wanted area/s once a week for 12 weeks to catch all the unwanted hair then switch to maintenance treatments and top-up every 4-8 weeks to remain hair-free.
